LaSalle Hankins

My Father, the late LaSalle Hankins was a great father and provider for his family. He taught all of his children how to work for a living. I thank God of the Bible for how my parents raised us. We didn't have everything we wanted, but we NEVER went without what we needed. Taking an early retirement, my Dad had other ways of providing for his family - a farm! We grew up on a big farm, thank God. I'm so glad for the way I was raised! No dogs or cats! We did not feed anything we could not kill and eat!

I wish my dad could see what all of his children are doing today. He would be so proud of us. Now you can see where I get my good looks from, I know you can! My mom and Aunt Ethel Bryant (Dad's sister) tell me that I dress and act just like my Dad did back in the day.

It is my prayer that I be like my Heavenly Father as much as I look like my Earthly Father.
